Orion Publishing, through its publications, seeks to maintain and arouse the spirit of true Protestantism, thus awakening the world to a sense of the value and privileges of religious liberty so long enjoyed as a result of the separation of church and state which is reflected in the individual’s right to worship according to the dictates of their own conscience.

A WORD ABOUT OUR BOOKS:
Orion Publishing reviews the books that we offer for their content, however, some of the books we offer for sale may contain theological, moral, philosophical or scientific hypotheses with which the reader may not necessarily agree. The fact that we offer such material in no way implies that Orion Publishing endorses this material. It is often necessary to make available such publications for study and research, as well as historical purposes because of the contribution they make to our understanding of history, theology, science and the issues involved in the great controversy and because there are no other entirely satisfactory publications available.

A WORD ABOUT OUR MUSIC:
We believe Orion Publishing has one of the finest and most extensive collections of truly sacred music to be found anywhere. We offer a value-added service to our customers by doing the hard work of finding music you can trust. While we offer many different styles of music, you will never find any of the following types of music in our catalog: rock, country, jazz, or pop. We screen all our selections for objectionable elements, such as unacceptable percussion, syncopation, and beat. You can purchase your music with complete confidence and assurance. But if you are ever disappointed for any reason we offer 100% customer satisfaction. We will gladly replace your selection or refund your money within two weeks of purchase.

Orion Publishing realizes that the traditional “Christmas” celebration is of pagan origin and has nothing to do with the birth of our Lord and Saviour, however, there is much beautiful sacred music associated with the birth of our Lord. We recommend that you listen to “seasonal” music throughout the year not just in the month of December.

ORDERS:
When placing orders by mail, fax or e-mail, please include address, phone number, credit card number and expiration date and the three digit number on the back of your card.

TERMS:
Prepaid orders only. We accept MasterCard/Visa, Discover/Novus, check or money order. Prices are subject to change without notice.

SHIPPING:
Domestic Charges: 15% of order or $7.95 whichever is greater. We ship Media, priority, 1st Class, or UPS depending on the circumstances and/or your instructions.We do adjust the shipping charges if the default charges to much for the weight or quanity ordered. For example if you order one CD the default charge would be $7.95. Since this is too much for that item we will adjust it down so that is is reasonable.

International Charges: Foreign orders are a minimum of $18.00 or 25% of the order whichever is greater or whatever it takes to send the merchandise. Sometimes neither of these amounts works. It depends on weight and where the shipment is going. All mail service from the US is now airmail since the change in 2007 and the cost of foreign postage has gone up considerably.Your payment must be made by MasterCard/Visa or a check drawn on a US bank in US dollars. Please do not send cash or foreign currency.

We are not responsible for the damage or loss of an order in the mail system. We wrap and package all orders to our best ability so that they arrive in good condition but have no control over their handling in the USPS. We cannot replace or refund damaged/lost orders unless customer requests and pays additional costs for Insurance. TRACKING is also available but we cannot replace a lost order unless you have purchased INSURANCE.

RETURNS:
We will gladly provide a refund or replace any product with which you are not completely satisfied when returned within two weeks.
